Our Team

Michelle is an integral part of the Tenjune team, bringing over 26 years of hair industry experience and a wealth of salon knowledge to her role. Having owned and operated her own salon for much of her career, she brings a deep understanding of the industry and a genuine passion for creating a warm, welcoming client experience.

Since moving to Australia from New Zealand, Michelle has stepped away from the salon floor and into front-of-house and management roles, where she loves being part of the team and ensuring every client feels looked after.

Outside of Tenjune, Michelle loves spending time with her two daughters, Sabia and Ania, and her husband, Quinn. You’ll often find her walking her two Maltese Shih Tzus, Teddy and Coco. Michelle is also a self-confessed foodie and loves discovering the best matcha spots around town!

Eve has been in hairdressing for 14 years and joined Tenjune in 2018. She specialises in lived-in, dimensional blondes for seamless grow-outs and loves creating natural yet stunning colours.

As a mum to two boys, Eve works Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday, balancing her love for hairdressing with family life.

Charlie is our newest Senior Stylist. Originally from Exeter, England, she has called Perth home for the past two years. With more than 10 years of experience in the hair industry, Charlie brings a wealth of knowledge and a genuine passion for all things hair. Over the years, she has developed a love for creating lived-in colour and high-impact blondes.

Outside of the salon, you’ll most likely find her at the beach, shopping, or discovering new foodie spots with her friends and partner, Frank.

Tahlia brings over five years of experience in the hair industry and a passion for creating beautiful, personalised colour for every client. Over this time, she’s developed a passion for all things blonde, specialising in high-impact blondes and lived-in colours that provide a seamless grow-out.

When she’s not in the salon, you’ll find her hanging out with her friends and going for walks with her sausage dog Archie and staffy Moose!

Lilly has a natural talent for colour and loves bringing her clients’ ideas to life. She genuinely enjoys building strong relationships with her clients and making them feel comfortable, always taking the time to understand exactly what they want from their visit.

Lilly specialises in all things colour and especially loves a big blonde up or a lived-in colour.

Paige loves creating beautiful hair and helping her clients feel confident. She’s a talented stylist who specialises in lived‑in colour and blondes.

We were lucky enough to have Paige complete the final year of her apprenticeship here at Tenjune, and we’re so proud to watch her continue to grow into the stylist she is today. Her creative and confident approach results in beautiful hair and consistently happy clients.

Isabelle is our newest qualified stylist at Tenjune, after transferring her apprenticeship to us at the beginning of 2024. She excelled throughout her apprenticeship, graduating from her college training as a finalist for Apprentice of the Year.

Isabelle is incredibly talented and passionate about event styling, colouring, and learning advanced techniques for cutting curly hair. She has been a huge asset to our team, and we are extremely proud of everything she has achieved so far.

Ella is our newest Tenjune team member. She began her apprenticeship with us at the start of the year and has already made a wonderful impression. Ella is a quick and passionate learner, confidently jumping into washing, blow‑drying, and styling - and she’s already being told she gives one of the best head massages in the salon!

In her spare time, Ella loves spending time with her friends and discovering new food spots to try.
